A Fair Trade organic decaf, caffeine-free thanks to the Swiss Water Process, which uses only water rather than chemical solvents. Taken to an Italian roast, a shade darker than French, it's roasty and intense with dark cocoa and molasses notes and very low acidity. Excellent as decaf espresso or a bold evening cup.
